The Siler Attack!
Siler semiglaucus, a class of Salticidae (jumping spiders), drags away the paralyzed ant while the remaining ants try to defend and rescue. Found mainly in parts of Asia, these colorful spiders are about 5mm in size. Except for some minor changes, the male and female almost look alike. While walking, the males repeatedly stop to raise their front legs and wave them in the air. Due to their swift movements, they are quite a challenge to photograph.
